There may be situations where we cannot grant your request — for example, if you ask us to delete your transaction data and XAG is legally obligated to keep a record of that transaction to comply with law. We
may also decline to grant a request where doing so would undermine our legitimate use of data for anti-fraud and security purposes, such as when you request deletion of an account that is being investigated for security concerns. Other reasons your privacy request may be denied are if it jeopardizes the privacy of others, is frivolous or vexatious, or would be extremely impractical or unreasonable.
What kind of Personal Data XAG Collects from You ?
At XAG, we believe that you can have great products and great privacy. This means that we strive to collect only the personal data that we need. The personal data XAG collects depends on how you interact with XAG.
• Circumstances under which you authorize us to collect and use your personal information
We are committed to creating a variety of products and services to meet your needs. Due to the variety of products and services we provide to you and the specific range of products/services selected by different users, basic/additional functions and the types and scope of personal information collected and used may vary accordingly. 1. When you register your XAG account, we will collect your mobile phone number, login password and SMS verification code, so that the system can quickly identify and verify your identity and protect the security of your XAG account during your subsequent use of the software and services. After you complete your account registration, you can also choose whether to provide us with your nickname, profile picture and other information to further improve your account, so that you can show your account to other users in the product and facilitate collaboration and interaction with other users.
2. When you create a "farm" on the APP, we only collect the name of the farm and the geographical location of the farm border. This information is collected so that you can quickly match the farms you create according to your account, so that you can quickly select the farms you need to work on.
3. When you add a farm member, you need to add the XAG account information of the member in the APP, and you can also set the nickname of the member. At this time, we will also collect information such as the account number and nickname of the member you have added.
It is important to note that when you add members to your farm, it means that those members have access to your farm data. Please ensure that the members you add are accurate and reliable to prevent your information from being leaked.
4. When you bind the local server you set up on the farm through this APP, we will collect the serial number and device activation time of your local server in order to provide you with better service.
5. When binding the local server, the farm data (including: farm name, farm boundary, plot data, facility data, equipment data, farm data, etc.) will be automatically synchronized to your local server; Otherwise, the data will be stored on your local phone. XAG will not provide storage and custody services for these data, please do your own data backup and management.
6. We provide you with data backup in the cloud.When binding to the local server, the farm name, farm boundary, plot data, facility data, device ID data, and the binding relationship between the device and the farm are automatically backed up to the cloud. If the local server fails, you can restore the above data to the new local server through the cloud to prevent data loss.
We respect and protect your privacy and will not access or use your farm data and information without your express authorization. If needed, you can also choose to delete cloud backup data and turn off automatic backup.
7. You can use the farm network planning feature to map farm boundaries, obstacles, local servers, wireless repeater installation locations, and more, and store it in the cloud. Please note that when you choose to share this data, other users will be able to view it. You are responsible for the consequences of sharing your data.
8. When you use map-related functions, we will collect and record your geographic location information after obtaining your consent, in order to provide you with your location display, comparison services; When setting the location of the device, the location of your mobile phone is transmitted to the device via Bluetooth, as the location of the device, and displayed on the satellite map of the farm. This information is sensitive and if you do not provide this information, you will not be able to use our services normally.
9. We may require you to provide and collect your personal information when providing after-sales service and customer support to you, The software running equipment information, such as IMEI use hardware product information, purchase records, pay records, system operation records & photos, your name, phone number, email address, address, logging, and extremely fly technology to connect the communication records, etc., and may be for you with our customer service calls for the recording. We use this information to diagnose product problems, repair customers' hardware products, and contact customer service personnel to help you solve problems or provide customer care services. In order to ensure that you can use the APP and related services normally, continuously improve your user experience, and ensure the security of your account, we will collect log information such as the mode, type and status of your device's access to the network, and network quality data. 11. When you use XAG Farm, you may need to access data on other XAG products and systems. You understand and agree to this, and strictly in accordance with the requirements of XAG verification.
12. When you file a complaint, appeal or consult with XAG, we may require you to provide your name, mobile phone number, email, QQ number or We-chat account for the convenience of contacting you or helping you solve the problem. If you refuse to provide the above information, we may not be able to respond to complaints, appeals or inquiries in a timely manner.
• Circumstances in which you must authorize us to obtain permission for your device
1. We will ask for your permission before requesting any permission to invoke it. We will only open relevant permissions after your authorization.
2. Please note that you open the permissions that represent your authorization which we can collect and use personal information to implement specific functions, you close the permissions represents you cancelled the authorization, then we will no longer continue to collect and use your personal information, these also is unable to provide you with the above and the authorization of the function. 3.2 Locating Permissions

a. During the process of adding and binding hardware products, ensure the security of hardware products.

c. Match local laws, regulations and requirements of uav and other hardware products according to your location.

3.3 Call Rights/Device Information (For Android Devices)
· purpose:
a. To ensure the security of your account, obtain your device information, carrier network information and other information.
b. In order to maintain the normal operation of our services, statistically analyze the information related to product operation, improve and optimize our service experience.

3.4 Camera/Camera/Album Permissions:
· purpose:
a. It is used to take pictures by camera/album when you upload your profile picture.

Obtain this parameter when the user enters the above function page for the first time.

• Circumstances in which we obtain your Personal Information from a third party。
Under certain legal circumstances, we may obtain your personal information from third parties after you voluntarily authorize it. For example, with your authorization, we may obtain your Wechat Pay account number and transaction records from We-chat. This information will only be used by the user during the display of order details, payment related queries or financial verification of order related, and will not be used for other purposes.

How do we use your Personal Data ?

We will retain your personal data for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy and our service-specific privacy notices. When assessing retention periods, we first

How do we storage your Personal Data ?
In principle, all your personal information will be stored in the server located in the United States. Your information will be stored and protected no matter how it is provided to Us. We have established an information security control system to prevent your information from being used, accessed, modified, copied, damaged, leaked, lost or stolen by others.
We choose a third party with technical capabilities and qualifications to provide cloud storage and protection services for users' personal data to ensure the safe and effective protection of users' personal data.
